Louise Candle™ Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Louise Candle™ Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our brand and our affiliates while fostering a successful partnership.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
- Participation in the Louise Candle™ Affiliate Program is by invitation or approval only.
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to join.
- We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate an affiliate account without prior notice if these terms are violated.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates agree to promote Louise Candle™ in a professional and ethical manner.
- All promotional content, including text and artwork, must be sourced exclusively from the affiliate portal and used as provided without modifications unless pre-approved by Louise Candle™.
- Affiliates must not engage in any activity that could harm or tarnish the reputation of Louise Candle™, including but not limited to:
- Misleading promotions or claims.
- Spamming or unauthorized email marketing.
- Violating any laws or regulations in the course of promoting our products.
3. Cookies and Tracking
- The affiliate program uses cookies to track referrals. The cookie duration is 30 days.
- If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking an affiliate’s link, the affiliate will be credited for the sale.
- Affiliates will not receive credit for sales made after the 30-day cookie window unless the customer clicks on the affiliate link again.
4. Commission and Payment
- Commission rates will be specified within the affiliate portal and may vary depending on promotions or special agreements.
- Payments will be made monthly once the minimum payout threshold is reached, as specified in the affiliate portal.
- Louise Candle™ reserves the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent transactions or violations of these terms.
5. Brand Protection
- Louise Candle™ retains all intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, text, and artwork provided through the affiliate portal.
- Affiliates are prohibited from creating or using unauthorized materials bearing Louise Candle™ branding.
- Affiliates must not register or use domain names, social media handles, or any other identifiers that include the name “Louise Candle™” or variations thereof.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time with written notice.
- Upon termination, affiliates must cease using all Louise Candle™ promotional materials and remove links to our website.
7. Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
8. Modifications to the Terms
- Louise Candle™ reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Louise Candle™ will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by affiliates in connection with their participation in the program.
